Disney has offered military discounts for quite some time, but many people are still unaware that they exist. The details are generally released in September for travel in the following year. There are also discounted Disney Cruise Line fares periodically released throughout the year. The first step is making sure that you/your family member qualifies. There are a few pieces to this offer, and I will break them down separately. Room Discount This offer is currently available through December 19, 2017. The discount is 30% off value resorts, 35% off moderate resorts, and 40% off deluxe resorts. Length of Stay Requirements
Theme Park Ticket Discount There are 2 ticket options available for 2017. Purchase by December 15, 2017 for the Disney 5-Day Military Promotional Ticket, or by December 16, 2017 for the Disney 4-Day Military Promotional Ticket. Valid Admission Dates are January 1, 2017 through December 19, 2017. Each qualifying military member may purchase up to 6 tickets. In addition, one of the six (6) Tickets purchased must be used by the Eligible Service Member or his/her spouse. These are best purchased at your local military base as they will be tax free there. Pricing is as follows: 4 day Park Hopper $209 5 day Park Hopper $224 *add the Water Park Fun & More Option to either for just $37 more In addition, you can purchase the Memory Maker product for a discounted price—$84 from January 1, 2017 through December 19, 2017.
